    His full name is Stephen Edwin King. He is 76 years old and was born on September 21, 1947, in Portland, Maine.

    His primary occupation is a novelist, but he has also produced shows for television and other such media.

    He has written under three pen names – Richard Bachman, Beryl Evans, and John Swithen.
